OH, MARY! is performing at the Trafalgar Theatre! Following its critically acclaimed success and Olivier Award win for Best Entertainment or Comedy Play, Oh, Mary! has now extended through to 2027.
Jinkx Monsoon returns to the role of Mary for a six-week run from 17 August and is then followed by Lolly Adefope who takes up the role of Mary for the first time from 28 September – 5 December 2026.
Declared “one of the best comedies in years” by The New York Times, OH, MARY! received Tony Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play (Cole Escola) and Best Direction of a Play (Sam Pinkleton).

Oh, Mary! is an uproariously dark comedy about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. Unrequited yearning, alcoholism, and suppressed desires abound in this 80-minute one-act play that finally examines the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln, through the lens of an idiot.
Tickets are available for performances from 3 December 2025 – 2 January 2027.
Age recommendation: 14+ This production features water-based haze and one single gunshot.
The performance on Thursday 30th July will have cameras filming a portion of the show. By coming to the show, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded.
